It includes 23 programmable I/O lines, three flexible timer/counters with compare modes, a serial programmable USART, an SPI serial port, a byte-oriented two-wire serial interface, a 6-channel 10-bit ADC and a programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator. The device operates at voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V with speeds up to 16 MHz. Several software-selectable power saving modes are available.
